Can I plan, or organise, or request a meeting without being an attendee, but still be able to see the meeting is taking place and who has accepted/decline the meeting?
When you initate a meeting using your personal calendar you are
automatically listed as the "Meeting Organizer". You can invite whomever and
also reserve a resource. You will receive notifications when people
accept/decline the meeting etc. What version of Outlook and Exchange are you
using?
