Right click on the desktop icon, click properties. In Compatability
click change and select windows 95. Then in settings check the last 3
to disable options. I didn't do a play session but I ran around the
Sanc and changes some certs.
Last time I checked Planetside is a windows XP game, Don't think it'll run
in Windows 95/9x mode. Probably should disable those Compatibility changes
and respond here with what kind of computer you're using (Make and model),
update all your drivers and make sure you have all the Windows Updates
installed.
