How I can check, shape text is plain text or any special effects
exist, through programmatically?
Should i check is there any glow, any shadow like this...
I believe PresetTextEffect only for WordArt.
Any help really appreciable.

You will need to check for individual properties since every text object can
get the text effects. There is no single property which gives this answer.

Is there any simple way to turn off all effects from shape object?
