Plain folders

My Pictures folders show a selection of pictures by
default. I can customize and choose one picture instead
but I do not have the option of a PLAIN folder, without
pictures, like I used to have with ME. Can I have that
option? Thank you.

Just set the view(on explorer) to Icons for that folder.
