placing media on psp

is there anyone out there in computer land that can help me out with my
problem?
I am extremely cofused with this it sends me around in circles when i try to
put songs on my PSP... I am a dial-up user does this have anything to do with
my problem? it also is saying high speed driver connected to a non-highspeed
driver... im helpless some1 reply to this =)

Pro, etc. Need a lot more information of what, when, who, where, why????
