PLACING A PIC INSIDE A CALENDAR APPT

Thank you. I was unable to get a JPG to display, it showed it as an
attachment and I need it to display. Should I be using another format such
as GIF or BMP?
 
How are you doing it? You need to open it in a program (like ms paint),
select the image, copy it and paste - you can't copy the actual file, that
will paste as an attachment.

Put the cursor in the "notes" area, click Insert tab, Picture and pick
the one you want. JPG works just fine.
