I have a Picture Placeholder in my master presentation, I want to be able to
click on the placeholder, select the picture I want, and then click ok and it
inserts the picture into the placeholder. Job done.

Currently this doesn't seem possible, the picture is always cropped to fit
the placeholder, I dont want the picture cropped, why can't Powerpoint just
automaticly resize the picture to fit?

anybody know how to make it do what I want it to do?

That's how picture placeholders are designed to work.

If you use a regular content placeholder, you will have an option there for
picture. It may work more closely to what you want.

Thanks Echo, thats closer to what I need. Any way of allowing it to distort
the picture slightly? to fit the content holder.
