How do I transfer the macros I created in MS Word 2003 to the "Edit"
pull-down menu so I can click them to run from there?

Hi Paul,

Open the Tools > Customize dialog. On the Categories list, choose
Macros. Drag one of your macros to the Edit menu, hold there until the
menu drops down, position the cursor where you want the item, and drop
there. Right-click it to get a menu for adjustments. Repeat for other
macros. See

for an illustrated set of instructions.

Thanks, Jay. I got it to move to the Edit drop-down menu just fine but
somehow was not able to pull the menu for adjustments you mentioned.
Right-clicking it on the Edit menu did absolutely nothing. Did I miss a
step?

You have to have Tools | Customize open when you right-click.
