Place in Centre of Line

I am not familiar with VBA, but I have a piece of code (from somebody
else's program) that I wish to "tinker" with

vbCrLf

This command starts another line, is there a similar command that
will start a fresh line and place the object on the centre of the
line.?

What I am trying to do is place a Heading in the centre of the line.

If you want to write an e-mail then it must be HTML formatted. a centered
paragraph would look like this:

<p style='text-align:center;'>hallo</p>
