Hi,

How do you copy a form image (its appearance) into a
Word Document? I am doing instructions, and want to place
a miniature appearance of the forms I am referring to into
the Word document along with the instructions for it. I
am almost positive it is Ctrl something to copy it and
Ctrl to paste the image, but I am not sure.

The standard Windows clipboard short cuts are:

Ctrl - c to copy into the clipboard
ctrl - x to cut
Ctrl - v to paste from the clipboard

However, to copy the screen image into the clipboard is Ctrl - Print
Screen. This is the one that you want.

Paste it into, say, PhotoEd and select just the part you want. then
paste that into word. Or paste it directly into Word and then crop off
the parts you don't want.
