LOL, for better or for worse the PL2004 subcategories are a done deal.

The P_Program pages should be useful for working out *better*
categories/ subcategories for PL2005.

Suggestions for revisions and corrections to those pages are welcome. I
have already shifted a few subcategories to different pages (in response
to suggestions made during the PL2004 selection process).

I expect to hear soon from the contingent that thinks backup programs
should be in FILE UTILITIES. . . ;)
