I would like to reccomend an (overlooked?) 1-of a-kind True Freeware program
(posted here a very long time ago).

Image3D...

This program will take 2 images (with a spacing of about the same distance
between your left and right eye) and create a 3D stereo image viewable with
3D Glasses..

Hopefully I an doing this right.. political things are not easy for me to
