There are two likely causes.
1. When you get the paper jam message has the printer tried to feed paper but
no paper was fed? If so then either the paper feed rollers are not gripping the
paper well enough and fails to pick the paper up, try cleaning the feed roller
with isopropyl alcohol. You can do this using a heavy paper that has been
dampened with isopropyl and feeding the paper, hopefully the heavy paper will
get picked up better than normal stock or if you can see the paper feed roller
try using a cotton swab dampened with isopropyl.
2. If the printer does not attempt to feed paper but gives a jam condition
immediately then there is probably a tiny peice of paper stuck on or around the
paper sensor lever. I am not sure where this lever is on this printer but it
will be hidden in the paper path and is likely a spring loaded plastc lever. It
should move freely and spring back to its normal positio. You may have to
remove the covers to see it. Sometimes you can free these levers by gently
pushing card stock through the printer path.

i removed the cover and don't see any paper stucked and
i think i found that lever,it is linked from paper path to PCB of
printer, but i think it is in wright position...
when i stik a paper the lever moves away from PCB,but when there is no paper
it is stickted to PCB betwen to litlle plastic parts that i think is paper
sensor...
i am hoping tha there are more then one lever, but i think that paper sensor
is dead....

I think this printer only has one sensor, so you are probably correct. The
sensor or the PCB has a problem.
Is the printer in warranty? If so call Canon or your supplier and get them to
replace/repair the printer.
Good luck

yes it is on warranty,my supplier is 50 miles away...
i googled a little, and there are other people who had the same problem.
in one review of this printher they say that this problem accures abouth 4
months after purchasing printer(i bought my 5 months ago) and that it can
be fixed, but they do not say how....
one of the people said that after 4 months he had the same problem so he
called technical services and they basically thold him "bad luck" so he had
to bay a new one...
i downloaded service toll for this printer do u know what will happen if i
clear eep-rom???
will that help???

Every company makes some garbage even Canon and this is Canon's
contribution. You can (on sale) buy a decent Canon for the price of a
set of replacement carts. So the best advice is to buy a Canon IP4200.
It is faster and produces better results and had no problems when using
Canon ink.

I doubt that clearing the internal registers will assist.
Replacing the printer at your cost doesn't make much sense, the 50 mile drive
may be cheaper than that. Will the supplier accept the printer being shipped to
them for repair/replacement by courier or similar? This is a warranty issue and
they should honour it.

An idiot's way of disguising the expensiveness of OEM cartridges.
He's really telling you that Canon OEM replacement cartridges are
so expensive that they will cost you as much as a brand new Canon
printer.
