I installed Pixia 3.1 and the help files. When I select help and I
have Mozilla open, this URL shows up:
file:///C:%5CPROGRAM%20FILES%5CPIXIA%5Chelp%5Cindex.html , with a
blank screen. If I don't have Mozilla open, the Mozilla splash screen
appears and that's it. Is this happening because I have Mozilla set
as my default browser?

There are almost 300 files in the Pixia Help folders. Do they not
contain the help contents?

Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

Don't know what happened there, but here's a Pixia-forum here:

Is the path listed correct? Translated it is...
C:\Program Files\Pixia\help\index.html

What happens if you browse to there and click on "index.html"? Does Mozilla
open the file properly?

Thanks very much. I didn't even think to look at the path. When I
click on the file, Mozilla tells me I need to install the Japanese
Text Display (to display language characters correctly). I'm not sure
I want to do that. One would think with all of the files in the Help
folders, it wouldn't need the browser.

The help files for your program are in HTML. A browser is what is used to
open HTML files.
