Hi,
I don't know how to describe the pixel corruption properly, but there
are regions on my desktop (especially the dark regions I guess) that
increasingly show flickering pixels (mainly red pixels) after the
windows start. These regions are growing during the runtime of the
operating system, so after a couple of minutes the whole desktop is
flickering.
Fortunately I found a strange workaround that goes like this: Open
display properties, select 16-Bit color quality, apply, and switch back
to 32-Bit. That's it. But it is annoying, of course, to do so every day.
Has anyone any idea how to solve the problem once and for all?
System: Windows XP 32-Bit, Servicepack 2
Display Adapter 1: Ati, 9800 XT
Display Adapter 2: Matrox Millenium PCI
Monitor 1: BenQ FP231W
Monitor 2: Samsung Noname LCD
Driver 1: Newest Catalyst
Driver 2: Windows Default
TIA,
Oliver
