I have an excel worksheet with all my 'raw data' in it. I
then pivot from there and get my drop-down list option for
each pivoted field. If I go back to the 'raw data' and
change the values in a field that has been pivoted, it
seems that I not only get the 'new' value as a check-box
option but I also still have the old value even though
that value no longer exists in the 'raw data'. Any idea
how I can 'clean up' the drop-down list so it only
reflects what is currently found in the 'raw data'
worksheet? I'm using Excel 2000.
thanks..Larry Newhouse
