PivotChart is only Summing Integers

I've run a query that sums up a large number of PAGESIZE listings that are
recorded down to 2 decimals. When I run a PivotChart (standard bar graph) it
only sums up the whole integers... and ignores the fractions.

I've looked everywhere for a way to turn this off...
Does anyone know what I'm missing?
 
Open your form in design view and double click on your graph to open
MS Graph. Then select your data cells and on the menu menu select
Format - Number then select your format for using fractions.
