Hi..
I use microsoft xl 2002.
When working with pivots... I have data laid out as follows... from below
you will notice that "y999" and
"w111" reflect against b/c/d and d/e and that is fine.
A Column B Column B count
a z123 1
b y999 3
c y999 3
l888 1
m777 1
d y999 3
w111 2
e w111 2
I would like to know what formula should be used within the database to
ensure my pivot reads as follows:
A Column B Column B count C Column
a z123 1
b y999 3 c,d
c y999 3 b,d
l888 1
m777 1
d y999 3 b,c
w111 2 e
e w111 2 d
i.e. where "B count" is > 1 it give me the corresponding reference to the
multiple relationship between columns A and B.
Regards,
Lynne
