Hello everyone! I sure hope you can help me out!

I have a spreadsheet with 3 fields: Property Name, Month/Year,
Percentage. The percentage field is not calculated, it is just a
percentage that we have manually entered.

I am trying to create a Pivot Table and subsequently a Pivot Chart with
Month/Year as the Row, Property Name as the Column, and Sum of
Percentage as the Data.

However, when I create the Pivot Table, the data values for Percentage
turn into zeros. This is not a formatting issue, the values are
genuinely zeros even though there are real values in the original data
set.

I'm clearly doing something wrong here, so if any of you more
enlightened folks can help, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
