Dear all,

I've created a pivot table. However, the data sorted out
by required criteria are too long, either the data
displayed vertically or horizontally. Is there a way I
want the required data displayed horizontally and each row
with 20 data?

Please advise.

Thanks a lot.

You could use the page field to limit the data that is displayed. Or
group the items in the row or column areas, to display the information
in a more compact format.

Another possibility (depending on what you want to do) is
to show only the top n or bottom n members of a dimension
based on one of your data items. You can carry out this
sort of ranking using the Advanced Options and can do
this on any dimension.

So, for example, you could use this for restricting the
products you see to only the top 10 products based on
unit sales.

You get there by double clicking on the dimension you
want to restrict and pressing the Advanced button. The
options you are looking for are called Top 10 AutoShow
and are on the bottom right of the form.
