Pivot Table View Problem

I have the following problem:

When a computer with W2000 was upgraded to WXP an Access
XP form using Pivot Table View stopped working. Most of
the options in the Pivot Table View tool bar are disabled.
I also cannot filter by any field. Other machines with WXP
using the same program work OK???

Any reply would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I'm having the exact same problem.
I can't figure out what's going on.
I tried to upgrade to win2k SP4, Office XP sp2, but I get the same
results.

Even pivot charts do not work properly. I can't drag fields on the
graph.
I dont know what's going on. There have been several posts like this
on the newsgroups but they've all been unanswered.
