I have a pivot table w/ my customers names in the rows
and my products in the columns. The table contains the
sum of the product purchased.

Is there an easy way to:

1. For each customer in the list, list out the products
they have purchased and how much they have purchased ?

2. For each product in the list, list out the customers
that have purchased it and how much they have purchased ?

Thank you in advance.

One way would be to drag the customer into the page fields and then do view /
toolbars / Pivot table and click on the Show pages button. This will create a
separate sheet for each customer, and you could then group them all and print if
you wished.

You can also create pretty much any report you like just by dragging fields
around. Try dragging the product field down next to the customer field, firstly
to the right of it to get a report by customer, and then to the left of it to
get a report by product.
