Pivot Table is a lot of hel, but i still need help

hi gurus,

just manage to do my first real pivot table .
kindly provide me with some more help, though ...

here is how my database is structured in my excel file ..

worksheets are actually set of data gathered per day (named as 20030921,
20030922, etc...)
in columns it have values for these fields .. (CQ, CCR, SQ, ULSQ, DLSQ)
1st row is labeled NAME and have alphanumeric values.

i did my "consolidated" pivot with
COLUMN in the column field, PAGE in the row field, and ROW in the page
field.

finally my question ..

1. In the row field with the PAGE items, I would like the worksheet names to
appear and not "Item 1".
How should I do it, so that it would be automatically labelled the same
as the Worksheet name?

2. I am on manual sort of the column field, however i could not really
arrange the table.
On the column field, I would it to appear in this order (CQ, SQ, ULSQ,
DLSQ, CCR).
Somehow the column field is sorted alphabetically so that it appears
like this (CCR, CQ, SQ, ULSQ, DLSQ).
How do i change this.

Please reply even if you can only answer one of the question

1. You can name the page items in the PivotTable wizard:
--in Step 2, select 'I will create the page fields'
--in Step 3, select a range from the list, and select 1
for 'how many page fields do you want'
--type its name in the 'Field one' box
OR
after the PivotTable is built:
--drag the page field down into the column area
--click on a cell that contains a page field name
--type a new name for the page field

2. In the PivotTable, click at the top of the CCR column,
to select it
--Point to the border of the selected range
--Drag the CCR column to the far right of the PivotTable
