Pivot Table HELP

I have a spreadsheet with 35 columns and 3,000 rows of data from an employee
survey I sent out.
Column A = Division (DIV) they work at (1 of 2 divisions)
Column B = Their job position (POSITION) classification (5 types)
Columns C - AJ (each column represents a question (Q3, Q4, Q5, etc) with 1
of 6 responses to each question (Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral, Agree,
Strongly Agree, No Response.
Begining, of course in rows 2 - 3000 I entered their responses to each
question.

I need a pivot table that summarizes the 6 possible responses to each
question, broke down by Division and position.

I've tried everything I knew, which is limited, to build it, but can only
come up with a pivot that counts ALL the responses, not individual responses
to the questions.
 
Thank you. I am unable to download from work and I don't have Excel 2007 at
work, but I do at home..go figure. I'll take a look at it a home.
