Pivot Table - formatting

Hi

I've created a pivot table. In the layout, i have a field
in "Page" option. I view by "all" and format the cells in
a certain fashion, say as %. When i select some other
option, other than 'all', the formatting done no longer
holds good. Is there a way out of this?

On the Pivot Table toolbar click the Pivot Table button and select
Options...
There you will find an option Preserve Formatting.
Check this, and when you then apply your percentage formatting it will stick
as you alter the 'view by'.
