Hi,

I have a pivot table with many account numbers down the side, the account
types are different and I need to show all account types. There are four
account types, however 2 of them seem to be hidden ie. highlighted in blue, I
have tried unhiding them and also dragging the account type into the column
and then selecting, it will let me select then and click them but when the
data returns all account types are not shown, the selection then default back
to the original two account types in the drop down.

i have checked and the account types I look for are in the reports,

Any ideas?
Paula
