I have created a pivot chart that launches from the switchboard, however, when I copy the database to another user's PC, they are unable to access the field list (it's greyed out in the View menu)...making the whole point of the pivot chart useless. The users need to get access to the field list to customize the graph. How can I make that happen?

I'm having the same problem. I cannot figure out what to do. The pivot
chart view works fine on my desk top but not on my laptop. The Access
program is the same.

Please, someone help!

HELP!

I am having the same problem. The pivot chart works on my desktop but not
my laptop computers. I've looked at the properties and visual basic codes
for both and they are exactly the same but the database on my laptop will not
allow me to change my pivot chart at all.

I noticed that all laptops imaged the same time as mine all worked fine....so
I called our company's help desk to record a trouble ticket. I asked them to
reinstall MS Office on a few of the newer machines, and that fixed the
problem. Try reinstalling Office on your laptop and see if it works.

If you have office XP, first use the CD to repair office and then download
the latest updates from the microsoft website. This appears to have fixed my
problem on my laptop.
