Piture it! closes on it's own

I have recently put in a new video card and now Picture it! will not open
files unless I have the hardware acceleration down to nothing. It's a pain to
have to change it back and forth all the time. Picture it! worked fine with
my old video card. I changed from a Radeon 7000 PCI to a Radeon 9550 AGP. I
don't know if this has anything to do with it but it happened at the same
time.

Maybe there is some incompatibility
with the new card. Which version of
Picture It?

How much RAM do you have?

Do you have a program installed called
ReplayTV Photo Transfer Software?

Are you running Norton GoBack 2004?
