PIP has caused an error in GDI.exe for PictureIt

I have Microsoft Picture It! but when I try to open it a message comes that
reads "PIP has caused an error in GDI.exe" and I can't open it. The only help
that I could get said that I needed to update my video adapter driver
unfortunately I couldn't find any updates. I have Windows xp home edition.
Can anyone help me?

What version of Picture It! are you using?

Did you go to the website of your Video
Adapter's manufacturer and search for
updated driveers?
