Ok, I have looked everywhere to find this out and cant
find the anwser. Im sure someone here can help.
I recently setup DNS at my company. We have company.com
as the root domain and these are child domains;
one.company.com and two.company.com.
When I ping from a client on company.com to a client
on either sub-domain, do I have to put in the FQDN
of the other client.
I know I can setup DNS suffix for each domain I want
to access, and this works ok. But can this be done via
DHCP?
Or am I missing something else?
