I think there are some other empty categories (dating from
the PCmag program purge). I'll take a look *after* I get
the proposed PL2004 categories page uploaded. I want to
include the empty categories too - at least initially.

You didn't jump the gun, I do need to do make those changes - just gave
you my best alibi for not having done it yet. ;)
