Well, he posted that OE is pricelessware according to

I guess that came as startling news to me.
I sure don't recall OE being voted PW.
I don't recall it even being considered Freeware.
Guess I haven't been paying close enough attention if it's true
that OE is now considered FW, and it's PW as well.

OE used to be part of Windows OS. When did it get seperated out as a
seperate product? Maybe someone had IE confused with NS.
