I see that you use AntiVir.

Is there a way to scan a single folder? It seems to scan drives/partitions.
Don't see a visible option for folders and nothing in help file about it.

TIA

In your filemanager, right click a folder, "Scan for viruses with
AntiVir" option should be visible, added to the system shell
context-menu when installing Antivir.. or at least it was here
(win2k).

PS: No need to PING anyone for such questions (e-mail if so). A
commonly used program, and other readers might benefit from the q/a's
- so better use a telling subject line in such cases....

I would have caught that during install if I saw it. Not now in context menu, just
looked in AntiVir Config, can't add it now.

Install it over itself and look for the option?

BTW, re: your other reply, I don't see that many people in this ng that use
AntiVir. Rod mentioned it several times.

If I can't use the forum, it will be a question when it picks up false positives.
