Downloader:Multi-Server, Multi-Threading:No Existing Freeware
Star Downloader

Shell Extension Editor
Shell Object Editor (only for Win2K/XP though)

Undelete
Disk Investigator (it's a low-level HDD viewer and you can undelete with
it)

Just saw this...
That list is way out of date and could use a good check-up. Suggestions
welcome.
