I have a Pie chart showing the Name and %. The %
detailed due to rounding errors add up to 99% so Excel
2002 has added the 1% value to an individual slice.
However, it has been inconsistant in its approach and now
two seperate charts have the 1% added to different pieces
that should actually be the same value. While not
dreadful it is causing a problem when dealing with
certain individuals. How can I make it so that it deals
with it the same way?
Regards

Ginger

(a) Add the correction yourself to the category(ies) that make sense to
you

(b) Share some specifics about what is plotted on the two charts so
that someone can suggest how to adjust them in a consistent fashion.

This is another thing they "fixed" that now works less well than before.
Apparently it's more important that the displayed numbers add exactly to
100 than that they reflect the true values. As if any of the managers
I've ever had would have noticed that the numbers didn't total up. The
easiest thing to do is to change the number format of the percentage
from 0% to 0.0%.
