Windows XP Picutre it won't install in XP

When installing, it checks for IE 5, but doesn't find it cause I've updated to IE 7
so it doesn't finish the install. Is there someway to fool it into thinking IE 5 is installed
 
Hi Bill, welcome to the forums :)

There are a few bits of software called "Picutre it", could you post a link or provide more information to the version you have please? For example, is it Microsoft PictureIt 2002?
