I have to take the following steps in order to be able to
view the web pages properly. Can anyone help me resolve
this?

Click 'View'
Click 'Encoding'
Click 'Windows(Western)

Go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall Internet Explorer 0824145

Do you have any evidence that will work? I know lots of people with that
patch that don't have any image problems.
