I deleted MY PICTURES file and now cannot find it. Did a SEARCH and it didn't
show. Also tried to do a SYSTEM RESTORE but that didn't work either. Any
suggestions on how to find it and restore it ??

Did you look in your recycle bin?

Sometimes files can be found and restored
with software of the following type:
