pictures wont copy from camera

I have an Olympus Camera. The cable works because I can see the pictures in
EXPLORE under Removable disc. I used to be able to connect the camera to the
computer and a popup would come up saying that widows could copy the pictures
to your PC and it gave various options. This popup does not happen anymore.
How do I get it back? It looks like it is from windows an a similar one pops
up if I insert a music CD.

Right-click the device in "My Computer", click Properties, AutoPlay, and
look there for the preferred option. But you can just click/drag the
file to the preferred folder, or do a Cut/Paste operation to move them.
 
Are there any yellow question marks in Device Manager? Right click on
the My Computer icon on your Desktop and select Properties,
Hardware,Device Manager. If yes what is the Device Error code?
