Pictures over Video and maintain sound from video!

I'm trying to put photos over the video and still keep the original sound. Essentially I'm trying to edit a presentation of someone who used power point and edit their slides into the video while still hearing their voice explaining the slide. ANY HELP!
 
Drag the audio track to the audio/music track (even if it's a video clip)
and it'll play over whatever video clips and still pix you put on the video
track.

Try copying just the audio portion of your video and past it to the timeline in an open spot then put the pictures in and you should be able to hear the audio
