Pictures not visable Print view 9Word 2003)

I have a large document with lots of images. I can see all of them in Normal
view. In print view I do not see most of them.. Why?

Both articles discuss Word 2007, which makes me believe that the
word.mvps.org version has been updated (but I haven't made a thorough
comparison).
