Here's the deal. On the computer I'm on now (not my own
but my parents', so I wasn't there when things were set
up to know if this problem was there from the start.
Needless to say, they're sort of lost when it comes to
this stuff and can't really recall), when I'm surfing the
web, a whole lot of pictures refuse to load. I have my
Internet options set to "show all pictures" and so forth,
and I can't see a pattern in which pics don't usually
load. I think it's just .jpgs, but then again it does
show some .jpgs. It doesn't seem to be the web browser,
because I downloaded Netscape (in addition to the
Internet Explorer I usually use) and there was the same
problem.

Also, when I happen upon a website with frames, usually
only one of the frames will load and I have to
click 'back' a whole lot of times to see all of them.

The Operating System is Windows XP.

I have no idea what this problem is due to, and I've been
searching like mad through the control panel, Internet
options, what have you, along with asking more computer
savvy friends. Haven't been able to figure it out. It's
not like I'm on a slow connection and it times out,
either.

Anyhoo, I hope someone here can help me.
