Pictures not showing up

I'm currently using IE 6 and Win 98. How come pictures do
not show up? This also happened on a computer with dual
AMD processors with Win XP Pro and IE 6 installed. Does
anyone know a solution to this problem?

I do know of an artical that may help you as I am also
currently experiencing this issue as well. I have
however not been able to solve it perminently. The fix
will only solve the problem for as long as the browser is
open but if you ope a new browser or close the current
one and reopen IE, the settin is lost and needs to be
reset to view pictures again.

displayed on websites in Internet Explorer"

If anyone knows how to make the changes stick please let

Search for and delete all instances of "hosts" in windows. This should
solve the problem.
