pictures not seen on internet

Most of the time recently on my computer i havent been
able to view pictures at all on the internet. If anyone
knows why or how to fix it please get back to me ASAP!!!
 
Try Emptying your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.
 
When I click on this site, the Microsoft words come up SOOOO BIG I cannot
use the slider to read it.

Going to View and select SMALLEST makes no difference.

I never had that in past. Using WindowsXP and OE6.x
