Pictures in IE

Mike

When browsing the internet the pictures and graphics are
blury and grainey, and when I try to view pictures people
have mailed they are the same way. How do I fix this
problem?

Sonuds like some other image viewer might be opening it. You can try
this:
Open any folder
Select "tools" - "folder options" - "file types tab" - goto Jpeg
highlight it select "advanced" click default then ok... do same for
JPG and GIF....

If that dont help then goto http://support.microsoft.com/ and try a
search for your problem...

But that did work for my friend.
