I'm writing a very basic web page to use as an email in
Word 97. I inserted a couple of pictures from files on my
hard drive onto the web page, and when I view the complete
page on my own computer the pictures show up just fine.
But when I send them to another computer, the pictures are
missing from the page. It's obvious the pictures aren't
an integral part of the page, they just have path
references. How do I fix that?

By using "relative paths" to the images rather than absolute paths.

After using the relative paths, you will also need to attach the images
along with the Word Doc.

I don't recall W97 having VML as option, I do recall even the create a web
page was a later add-in.
