How do I get the little pic. icon for saving and printing from the web. these
are the icon that come up on the top left corner of the picture.

Don't know what icons you are seeing; they may be due to a specific
program on your PC.

Have you tried right-clicking on the image? There may be a SAVE IMAGE AS
choice on the menu that appears.
 
If you didn't disable the feature in your browser, then the web site
designer may have included code in their page to disable it. Try
right-clicking on the image and choose save as (if they didn't disable
right-clicking, also).
 
open Internet Explorer, and go to the Tools menu. Open Internet Options. go
to th Advanced Tab.
scroll down to the Multimedia subgroup, and make sure "Enable Image Toolbar
(requires restart)" is check-marked. Then, close and reopen IE.

I think it's......

Tools -> Internet Options -> advanced ->

scroll down to "Multimedia" section and try

"Enable Image toolbar (requires a restart)"


Didn't try it because it needs a reboot.
