Pictures from Powerpoint

Via email I received some pictures on Microsoft Office Powerpoint. I am able to save the whole slideshow but I have not been able to save individual pictures. Right clicking does not bring up an option to save the picture but only to move forward or backward.

Is it possible to save indivdual pictures and if so how can it be acheived?

Now that I've used it I can definitely say that it WAS exactly what I needed. Simple little programme and very easy to use.It's free, but only for 30 days. However, I'm sure that it could be downloaded again if required.
