How are you viewing the pictures? If you view an email attachment (picture)
directly from OE / Outlook, then it gets stored in the TIF and all the
pictures in the TIF are lined up in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.

Clearing the Temporary Internet Files cache:

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.

Hello all - this does seem to answer my issue that I have just fouend and
researched here. I sent an email (OE) to a colleague with 4 pics of a
possible building, realised I should have adfdded one more comment to the
mail, opened it up and used WP&FV to look at the 4 pictures sent. I then
found WP&FV displaying a number of other pictures that it had harvested from
sites in the past few days, on what appeared to me to be a random basis,
since it was by no means all the jpg's / gif's actually on thhose sites, and
included pictures that I ahd not displayed on my screen.

Is ther a way of stopping WPFV from doing thsi in the first place, eiterh
harvesting or displaying them ?

many thanks for any advice
