Pictures from a digital camera

hi
i am new at this so here goes i'm running a old dell
w 3gs 96 ram windows 98 SE what do i need to do to get
picture from camera to cpu... camera is a sony cyber shot

There is usually software that comes with the camera that you install on
your computer. There should also be a cable that you connect between your
Computer and the Camera. Contact the Camera manufacturer if you do not have
these items.
